By booking or participating in your appointment, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years old and have voluntarily decided to book or participate in a reading for yourself.  I do not read for people under 18 years of age.
• You understand that I connect to people using their nickname and birthday (mm/dd/yyyy).  This information is not shared with anyone else.  If a fake birthday is given the reading will not be as accurate.
• You understand that an intuitive reading is in no way a substitute for professional medical or mental treatment.
• You understand that I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of any statement and do not guarantee a particular outcome. Please be aware that most intuitives encounter complex symbols, feelings, tastes, sounds, images, memories, and so on, which they then must rapidly translate into human language. Error is possible.
• You understand that on the rare occasion you may receive information that you may consider unpleasant, painful, or emotionally difficult. If you DO NOT wish to open yourself up to this possibility, I urge you to seek a different type of reading with someone else.
• You understand that any mention of another person in your reading living or passed, is your responsibility.  I cannot and will not read for a person who is not present. Realizing that relationships are central to our lives I will offer advice on how to work with another person depending on the information that is revealed to me. By participating in the reading, you accept that I am not reading another person’s complete life.
• You understand that our sessions are completely confidential and that neither you or I will publish any part of the session or recording without written permission from both parties.
• You accept that I upon your request I will record the reading and send it to you as an .mp3. You understand that neither I nor you will record without permission.

LEGAL STUFF

By having a reading with me. you agree that you, all parties release me, Chris Jordan or anyone associated with my business, from all known or unknown claims against me as a result of any information arising out of a reading that you received from me.

You waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions, that I or anyone associated with me or any other participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of or during your reading with me, Chris Jordan.

You understand and agree that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for damages against Chris Jordan and any person associated with Chris Jordan as a result of Chris Jordan’s actions, omissions and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Chris Jordan and all persons associated with Chris Jordan from any and all claims, actions, and or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of and including reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such actions and claims.
